"They don't respond back when they say they will and now they don't answer calls. Very annoying and don't like working with unreliable businesses. Unfortunately it's a bad look on State Farm but honestly it's the integrity of those working in the office."

"Eva M Hernadez firm is one of the worst State Farm’s around. I was trying to get a coi for my business I call Eva she never picks up the phone but I thought she was my agent. I call her firm then I get another agent Called Edith Malave she’s very unethical bad customer service with a terrible attitude. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this firm to my enemies. They also lost a loyal customer. Congratulations to Eva Hernandez and Edith Malave."
